Registration for Pugapalooza 2008

Please take a moment to fill out our registration form. Your dog's registration will enter him/her into any and all games in which you would like your pug to participate. Your name and address will enable us to notify you of upcoming events which you might like to attend, including next year's Pug Meet activities. Information from your registration form will not be shared with or sold to any other organization, business, or individual.

All proceeds from this event will be used to purchase much needed supplies for the Metro SPCA!
